At The Capture Co, we are here to provide our clients with a fun and uplifting experience. However, it is important to ensure both you and us are safe. All clients have access to the T&C's here and also provided to them on booking confirmation.
Payments, No Shows, Cancellations and Changes:
I understand that my shoot is secured with a deposit and that the final balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to shoot date to the payment details invoiced to me. I understand that in the result of a "no show" I will be required to make full payment of my shoot and failure to do so will result in any future bookings being cancelled. I understand that if I can no longer attend my appointment I can reschedule, one one occasion, up to 48hrs in advance, however final payment will still be inline with original schedule (Rescheduling/date change does not apply to Location shoots due to nature of shoot). If rescheduling of the shoot results in additional fees (such as studio hire loss) then this must be covered by myself (the client). I understand that if I choose to cancel my photoshoot entirely that I will not be refunded for my deposit and this can not be transferred to a future shoot.
Photoshoot Time Slots:
I understand that I am responsible for attending my photoshoot on time and that I must notify The Capture Co if running late. It is at the discretion of the photographer if additional time can be added to the end time of the shoot if the shoot started late.
Alcohol and Drugs:
I agree to not be under the influence of alcohol or other substances whilst participating in my shoot.
Health and Safety:
I understand that I am responsible for my own health and safety whilst participating in a shoot or a stay away shoot with The Capture Co. I must not participate in anything that it is not safe for me to do so. If food is provided then I must notify The Capture Co of any food allergies etc that I may have.
Age Concerns:
I will in no means endorse bookings involving lingerie or nudity for those under the age of 18 and I have been honest with my own age shared on booking.
Photography Portfolio:
I accept that I have viewed examples of The Capture Co's work online or in person and that I accept The Capture Co's editing style and finalised delivery of photos. I can not request changes to my final edits if these changes are not inkeeping with The Capture Co's style and working examples.
Receiving Photos and Management:
I understand that I should pick my photos list for editing within 4 weeks of receiving my RAW album (if i can not choose within 4 weeks for some reason I must notify The Capture Co). I understand that my edits album will remain online for 6 months and after that point will be removed and it is my responsibility to ensure I have saved my images. I understand that by UK law all photographs are property of the photographer and that if I do NOT wish for my images to be used on The Capture Co's social media or website that I must notify them of this prior to the shoot or at the shoot.

The Throne Project provides:
• Access to exclusive empowerment content and resources.
• Community support and networking with like-minded women.
• Live coaching, workshops, and guest expert sessions.
• Opportunities to participate in special events, photoshoots, and retreats.
• Membership is subscription-based, with payment options outlined at the time of signup [12 MONTHS MINIMUM PAYMENT PLAN]. It is not a month by month subscription and the total annual value of the membership is split over 12 monthly payments.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the online membership and photoshoot or retreat spots cancelled (if applicable).
• Late payment fees will apply at £5 per day after first missed payment, if payment is not resolved by midnight on date of declined payment attempt.
• This membership comes with a 14 day cooling off period, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions or decide that the membership is not for you, then you have the right to request a refund of your first payment and removal from The Throne Project and associated products. Requests to be directed to [admin@thecaptureco.co.uk].
• No refunds will be issued for unused time or missed sessions.
• No refunds will be issued if your membership is suspended or terminated early due to failure to make your monthly payments.
• No early cancellations: Memberships are binding for the full 12-month term and cannot be canceled within this period, unless due to special circumstances.
• Special Circumstances: Early cancellations may be considered at The Capture Co's discretion for reasons such as medical emergencies or severe personal issues. Requests must be submitted in writing to [admin@thecaptureco.co.uk] and may require supporting documentation.
• The Capture Co's Discretion: The decision to allow early termination is solely at The Capture Co's discretion and will be communicated in writing. Approved early cancellations may incur an early termination fee.

• Confidentiality – what is shared in the community stays in the community.

Violations of this code may result in immediate removal from the membership without a refund.
• All content provided within The Throne Project (videos, PDFs, workshops, etc.) is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or sold.
• Any unauthorised distribution may result in legal action.
• We reserve the right to update or modify the membership structure, pricing, or benefits at any time.
• Members will be notified of significant changes in advance.
• The Throne Project is designed for personal growth and empowerment but does not replace professional therapy, medical, or legal advice.
• By participating, you acknowledge that results vary, and we are not responsible for any personal, emotional, or business outcomes.
